  SN 8559 is an all matching and working 71/84 rifle built in 1888.  This piece shows some scattered light pitting on the exterior.  The rifle shows a bright excellent 43 Mauser (11mm) bore and a sound working action.  The wood is sound and complete with numerous dents and bruises associate with issue and usage  No cracks or breaks and clear proofs.  This example should be an excellent shooter.  Spandau examples appear to be slightly scarcer than other arsenals.
