• Description:

  This is a CIL (Savage) Model 950 C bolt action rifle chambered in 30-06.  Barrel is 22" with a good strongly rifled bore that is fairly bright but also has some small patches of fine to light pitting.  Metal surfaces are blued and retain about 90-92% original thinning blue that is freckled.  Monte Carlo stock has an added high gloss coat of varnish, a rosewood pistolgrip cap, a WFS marked recoil pad and is checkered at the wrist and forend.  Sling swivel studs are in place.  Rifle has a ramp sporting front sight, a folding leaf rear sight and the top of the receiver has scope mount bases installed.
