• Description:

  Antique Snider MF 11 2 Star short rifle DC diamond Canadian issue.  This example shows the 30 1/2" barrel with a bright ,excellent bore.  The metal shows a very good grey/blue finish with clear crisp markings.  The lock is dated 1864.  The stock remains in excellent condition showing a deep DC Diamond marking on the left side of the butt.  The tang of the butt plate is marked 1 64 (1st Co 64th Battalion, Beauharnois Quebec.  Excellent wood.  ThiSsnider is missing its' rod and chain pin protector. Nice clean example.
